Is Remote Ready AI a recruitment agency?
No. Remote Ready AI is an educational platform. We do not recruit, place candidates, or apply for roles on your behalf.
Does Remote Ready AI guarantee employment?
No. We help you prepare a stronger application and interview. Hiring decisions are made by employers and depend on your experience, the role, and market conditions.
What is included in the free access?
Watch a short preview without creating an account. Create a free account to unlock the complete first module. A free account also gives you limited CV optimizer access and the basic templates.
How much does the full program cost?
The full price is shown on the pricing page before you create an account or enter any payment details.
Is the payment one-time or recurring?
One-time. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
How long will I have access?
Lifetime access to the modules you purchase, including future updates to those modules.
Can I use the program on my phone?
Yes. Every lesson, tool and dashboard screen is designed mobile-first and works on a normal smartphone connection.
Which countries can access the program?
The program is available to learners anywhere. The content is written for African professionals applying to international remote roles.
Which payment methods are supported?
M-Pesa, Visa and Mastercard through our payment provider, Pesapal.
How does the CV optimizer use my information?
Your document is processed to generate structured feedback. Uploaded documents are not sold, publicly shared, or used to train public AI models. Full detail is in our CV Data and AI Processing Policy.
Are uploaded CVs stored?
Your CV text is stored against your account so you can revisit your report. Automatic deletion period: 90 days after upload.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Yes. You can delete saved CV reports from your dashboard, or email hello@remotereadyai.com to request deletion of your account and associated data.
What is the refund policy?
The eligibility window, conditions and processing time are set out in full on the Refund Policy page.
Can I contact support through WhatsApp?
Yes, and by email at hello@remotereadyai.com. You are never required to use WhatsApp.
Is the program suitable for beginners?
Yes. It assumes no prior remote-work experience, but it does assume you already have skills or a qualification you want to present well.
Does the platform provide job listings?
No. We teach you where legitimate remote roles are posted and how to evaluate them, but we do not host a job board.
Does the platform apply for jobs on my behalf?
No. You submit your own applications. We give you the system, templates and tracker to do it consistently.
