Terms of Service

1. What this service is

Remote Ready AI is an educational platform and is not an employer, recruitment agency, or job-placement service. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, income, or specific career outcomes. Results vary based on experience, skills, effort, market conditions, and role availability.

Remote Ready AI provides educational content, templates and software tools that help you prepare applications. It does not source vacancies, submit applications on your behalf, or represent you to any employer.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details.
• Your account is personal. Do not share credentials or resell access.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

3. Payment terms

• Structure: One-time payment. No subscription. No automatic renewal.
• Access: Lifetime access, including future updates.
• Currency: Kenyan Shilling (KES). Prices include VAT where applicable. Pesapal processing fees may apply.
• Methods: M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard via Pesapal.
• Prices are shown in full before payment. We never enable optional add-ons by default and we never place you on a recurring charge without your explicit agreement.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All lessons, videos, templates, worksheets and software are owned by Remote Ready AI and licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish or use the material to run a competing training program.

5. AI-assisted features

AI-generated feedback may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review all suggestions before using them in a professional document or application.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of anything you submit to an employer, including content that originated from AI suggestions.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other users' data or bypass access controls.
• Do not scrape, mirror or bulk-download the content.
• Do not upload unlawful material or documents belonging to someone else.
• Do not abuse support channels or other learners.

Accounts that breach these rules may be suspended without refund.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Content may be updated, reordered or improved over time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost income, lost opportunities, or hiring decisions made by third parties.

9. Disputes

Contact hello@remotereadyai.com first — most issues are resolved directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it is subject to the laws and courts of Kenya.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes are notified by email.
